For Daily Guitar: Chords & Lessons, published by 999 Online Inc., trading as 999 Venture Studio.

In the app — the fastest way

Open Daily Guitar and go to the Courses tab.
Tap your profile picture, top right.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm twice.

Your account and everything in the first table below are removed straight away. It cannot be undone.

By email — if you no longer have the app

Write to abhinav.madke@999venturestudio.com from the email address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm when it is done. If you write from a different address we will ask you to prove the account is yours before we delete anything, because otherwise anyone could delete anyone's.

What is deleted

Immediately, and permanently — there is no grace period and no archived copy:

Data	What it is
Your account	Your email address, name and profile picture link, and the sign-in itself
Your practice	Lessons opened and finished, chord shapes cleared, songs played along to
Your setup answers	Whether you had a guitar to hand, why you are learning, how long you have played
Your reminders	Your practice schedule, your device's notification token, and the record of reminders sent to you

What is kept, and for how long

Data	Why, and how long
Support messages	If you have written to us through the app, that message — with the name, email and any screenshot you sent — is held under the address you typed rather than under your account, so deleting the account does not remove it. Ask us in the same email and we will delete those too.
Song requests	If you asked us to add a song, the request — the words you searched and the recording you picked — is kept so we can still add it for everyone who wanted it. The link to you is removed when your account goes, so what is left names nobody.
Crash reports	Never attached to your account in the first place — they describe the software, not you. Kept by Sentry under their standard retention period and then removed automatically.
Usage analytics	Which screens were opened and for how long, recorded against an identifier generated on your device rather than against your account — so deleting the account does not reach it. Removing the app stops any more being collected, and we will delete what is there if you ask.
On your own phone	Your theme, whether you have seen the introduction, and whether the microphone is on for songs never leave your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them; we have no copy.
